JANUARY 2007
      6 -  Jackson Creek performs for the Leesburg area Sons of Confederate Veterans Reunion
      6-  Jackson Creek performs at the Leesburg Frontier Days Festival!
     20 - 21- Jackson Creek performs and leads the barn dance at the Alafia River Rendezvous.
     27 - Jackson Creek performs for the 5th Brigade's Lee & Jackson Cotillion
                  Dinner / Dance in St. Augustine.  Here is a picture!  What a great location!

February 2007
      27 - Jackson Creek performs for the  Deland Tourist Club  8:00 p.m.

March 2007
    3 - Jackson Creek performs for the Four Towns Rotary Springfest 2007 from 10:50 - 11:30 a.m.
    3 - Jackson Creek brings a barn dance to a private party near Tampa.
              We can bring a dance to YOUR event also!  Write for information!
                 (You don't have to have a barn! We bring dances to churches, clubs, private homes, parks, etc.)
     9 - 10 - 11 -  Will McLean Festival  This is one of our favorite festivals!
             Jackson Creek will perform as will MANY of your favorite folk musicians!!!
             Put it on your calendar! You'll be glad you did!  Joe and Katie are looking forward to teaching fiddle
              and guitar classes again!  Get out Grandpa Henry's fiddle and Grannie's guitar... and bring them along!
    24 - Sawgrass Youth Fiddle Festival  Paynes Prairie Preserve Park, Gainesville, Florida.
             Support our youth fiddlers!!!  Katie was a judge for the beginning fiddlers and helped
             with the beginning fiddler's workshop.  They kids were all amazing!
             What a GREAT event!  Plan now to attend next year!!!
    25 - Jackson Creek performs at the 41st Annual Deland Spring Art Festival 
            There will be wonderful art and music all weekend long!
    30 - April 1 - Old Time Music Championship in Dade City - A great weekend! Jams galore!

April 2007
     14 - 15  Barberville Spring Fest and Frolic!  Dancers... musicians... toe tappers...
              and all friends of the Barberville Pioneer Settlement for the Creative Arts

     28 - Jackson Creek performs at Joe and Katie's hometown
              7th Annual Old Enterprise Festival! 
              Step back in time... visit Enterprise!  It's a fun festival!

May 2007
      12 - Jackson Creek/Southern Jubilee plays for a wedding reception/contra
              dance in Gainesville.
      19 - Jackson Creek performs for the Sons of Confederate Veterans 37th Annual
              Florida Division Reunion dinner and dance in Ocala.
      25, 26, 27 Florida Folk Festival at Stephen Foster State Park. 
                        (The festival was canceled because of the fires. However... it has been rescheduled.
                          We'll hope to see you in November!!!)
      31 - Joe and Katie play for the Astor, FL Public Library

June 2007
      2 -  Jackson Creek performs for the Lake Helen Friends of the Library.

July 2007
      Joe and Katie performed at the Asheville, NC "Shindig on the Green" and at the
            Black Mountain, NC open mic. music night. Hey... it's fun staying cool in the summers! :)

August 2007
     10 - Jackson Creek performs at the Lake Helen Coffee Shop from 7 - 9 p.m.

September 2007
      8 - Jackson Creek performs for Deltona, Florida's "Music in the Park."

October 2007
       6 - Jackson Creek plays for the the West Volusia Historical Society's
                "GREAT BOWLS OF FIRE!" 5th Annual Chili Cook-off

    12, 13, 14 Sunshine State Acoustic Music Camp
                 *** (PICTURES from camp!!! )- St. Petersburg, FL.
                 Katie teaches the beginning fiddle classes!  Hope you'll come!!!
                 Joe teaches accompaniment guitar! Hope to see you there!
                 Pull Aunt Gertie or Grandpa Jim's fiddle, guitar, mandolin, banjo, etc. out of the closet
                 and let's get started!!! There are classes for everyone!!!
                 It's a GREAT way to get started playing folk music... AND have fun!!!

    20 - Jackson Creek plays for the Oak Hill, FL Heritage Day Festival
    21 - Jackson Creek plays for Leesburg, FL Community Day
    24 - Jackson Creek brings a "barn dance" to a church in Maitland, FL.

November 2007
       3 - 4   Barberville Fall Jamboree - 150 musicians, art, crafts, demonstrators,
                 children's activities, food... AND a jam tent! Bring your instrument... bring the family!
                 Look for Jackson Creek's performances!
       9 - 11 The re-scheduled Florida Folk Festival at Stephen Foster State Park. 
                  Jackson Creek will be there!
      17 - Jackson Creek plays for the Battle of Horse Landing Reenactment Military Ball.

       30 - Dec. 2  Suwannee Old Time Music Weekend in White Springs, Fl.

December 2007
        22- Jackson Creek performs at the Yalaha Bakery  ( use this link for
                music information. ) 10 a.m. - noon We love doing some holiday songs for this weekend at the
                bakery! Katie looks forward all year to playing "Jingle Bells" on her fiddle!!! :)
